This guided photography tour invites you to explore the Nordhavn’s bold and diverse architecture while experimenting with how you capture space, form, and light. Whether you’re an experienced photographer or just curious, this tour offers a fresh way to engage with the city.
Nordhavn is one of Copenhagen’s most ambitious urban development projects – a former industrial port area transformed into a vibrant waterfront district. Once filled with silos, shipyards, and warehouses, the area now stands as a leading example of sustainable city planning and contemporary architecture.
Designed with the 5-minute city principle, Nordhavn integrates housing, workspaces, public transit, and green areas within short walking distances. Its layered identity makes it a uniquely rich environment to explore, reflect on, and photograph.
Along our route, we’ll explore architectural highlights such as Portland Towers, the Tip of Nordø, Konditaget Lüders, and many more hidden gems. As we move through the neighborhood, you’ll not only photograph the buildings, you’ll also learn about the area’s industrial past, its ongoing transformation, and the ideas behind some of its most iconic contemporary structures.
